I bought two new babies yesterday for one of my broody mummas. it's been challenging because although I was told they were a couple of days old, when I picked them up, they were at least 6, which is pushing it for sneaking them under a broody. But I still went with it, this broody mumma is a first time mum and she kind of accepted them but then didn't, but then did again!! But she's now taken to them and all is peaceful again! I was worried for a while, because I didn't know what I was going to do if she rejected them! I'm pretty thankful the mothering hormones were too strong for her to resist.
