We are getting ready to have a batch of storms come through later today. well yesterday afternoon, we moved the coop closer to the garage. in our move we changed the orentation of the coop. by that I mean, the end that was on the west side, is now on the east side. last night when the chicks normally go to bed, they just stood on the end of the run, east end. this is the end the coop was on yesterday. do y'all think that chicks get fixed on the sunrise and sunset as related to the coop orentation? it seems like ours did. it was very strange. they would go to the stairway and look around, then run back to the east end of the run. after the storms pass today we are going to reset the coop to the origional east-west orentation. something to ponder on.
