changing genesis temp

My chicks are hatching about 1 day early and my thermometer has been reading 101-102F. What switches do I flip to drop the temp in my bator by .5 degree from factory settings?

Mine runs a bit high but I've decided not to mess with it. Have you read the instructions? Geez...it freaks me out! Anyway, in case you don't have a copy, here's a link.

The instructions aren't very helpful. I have no idea who wrote those but it was not the incubator users for sure.

I want to set some guinea eggs saturday so really need an answer. I'm going to try flipping the 4 switch one way and 3 switch the other way (not sure what is off and on) to see if that works over the next 24hours.
