Chanticleer roosters?

I have these Chanticleer and Chanticleer cross chickens. I got them from a friend, so I know they are a mixture of Chanticleer, Silkie, and possibly Easter Egger. Some look more Chanticleer, while some have clear Silkie characteristics. Am I right to think these are both roosters? I'm just not quite sure. One is a Silkie cross, I believe the other may be an Easter Egger cross.
They are about 20 weeks old. I can get more pictures of the others for comparison.
