Chasing my chickens!

I have two BR hens that are a little over a month old. They come out to play in the yard with me everyday but they have this "thing" with chasing my chickens aroud the yard! They have been outside with them since they were babies but all of a sudden they are finding a chicken and chasing them around. I have to pick them up and move them to another part of the yard with me. Is it normal for them to be bratty towards chickens like this? It would be nice if they could both run around the yard with us.

There are setting up a pecking order. Once they figure it out they will be fine together you just need to give them enough time to sort it out.

I kind of assumed this but I didnt think they would need to teach my bantam chochins they were boss

I have a young polish girl and she is always wondering what the heck goosed her in the butt when she was just pecking at my garden

When they are in the pecking order mode, it doesn't matter what the other birds do. They get a peck weather they need it or not. lol
