I'm sorry. I was sick for a few days last week, got better, but today I'm feeling lightheaded and I think I have the start of a cough.

My mom gave it to me. She got it from one of our friends.
I have a slight headache, runny nose, fever, chest congestion, & occasional dizziness.

She's an at least seven year old Speckled Sussex. Gave her some mash and sugar water last night and this morning which, she ate and drank. I'm going to give her some antibiotics and maybe a dewormer too.

Maybe she's nearing her end? Just a possibility. A chicken's average life span is between 6 - 10 years.

I'd go with vitamins first, an older chicken has a harder time with nutrient absorption.

That's what I was thinking, too. She doesn't seem to have anything else wrong with her, and the rest of the flock is fine.
