I was waiting around last night for someone to come on, but I kept just missing everyone yesterday.
So I waited till I couldn't stay awake anymore, and went to bed.

SILVER- I forgot ot have DH go to the truck and get the cell- don't know if you texted, but waas waiting for ya-

Then I went to the diary and you were gone from there too!!!

I heard from Bellah and Broody- all is well, they both reported, just been very busy. Bellah is having nightmare hatches

OK, Here is that vine I told you is like an octopus. There is a huge pine tree in there....somewhere

This is a closeup of the flowers. It is mostly done blooming for the year though, I think. I will give it some fertilizer over the next few days and see if it blooms more.

Here is one of my last rose blooms. This poor bush would be so much better, but it has been left alone for 2 years now, need to start to cultivate it now that I am back home.

Here is one of my texas sage bushes and a look down the road. Wild and very few neighbors on our road. There used to be grass still in the middle, but there have been 2 or 3 households move in down there somewhere.

Here is the other side of the driveway, showing the overgrown ditch out front, and my crepe myrtle that I grew from seed. Suckers at the bottom need pruned out- HHMMMMM I think I will do that today.


Along with all the pretty green and blooming stuff, there comes this: Looking south- grey, nasty, thunder coming from that direction


And turn around to the north and you get this: big puffy white clouds, blue sky between

Mosquitoes, love bugs, and most of the grass a foot tall because i cannot push the mower..LOL

Ha- Sil- Here is a something I came across while I was in the yard, just for you my girl-

WOOK what i found in the north 40............LOL
I tried to help it find its way home but then it pulled its head back and pecked me right in the middle of the forehead..

..I screamed:

It got all WILD EYED, and so did I

then I ran!!!

It FREAKED out started running around and came at me, YELLING!!!!
OMG, I was wishin you were here to control the beast!! i yelled back-
