I am from Ga, $150 for a goat is great! Haha
I have a some in my Boer herd that cost 10 times that amount. But those are ABGA Registered Show Goats.
With my Nigerian Dwarf Herd, I sale wethered pet quality kids for $175. And Does are $300+. But I am just starting up that herd, so I don't have the bloodlines that I want yet. They are new so I am still building up my lines.
If you are just wanting pets, not Milking/Showing/Breeding stock, try Craigslist. You can find some small Pygmy/Nigerian Crosses on there for cheap if you look around. Might not be true "Nigerian Dwarf" or 100% "Pygmy", but as pets all breeds and mixes are fun to have haha. They are all crazy fun hyper puppy personality babies if raised right.
It's best to get more than one though, they will drive you crazy and won't be very happy all alone. Make sure you get healthy goats from someone who knows what they are doing. Or you will end up bringing on worms and diseases on to your land, along with sick goats.
Another thing, if you get boys as pets. Make sure you get them wethered/banded/castrated cause they smell awful and can get an attitude if not. Horns can also be an issue, getting stuck in fences and it doesn't feel great to get poked by them either.
The ones in the ad look great! Already dehorned, look healthy, look small, and great prices!

Hard to find some like that, with that low of a price. Seems like they are already friendly too.
