If you are in Iowa there should be several local feed mills that formulate chicken feed. Now you will need some way to store bulk chicken feed.

Usually neither. You bring your barrels, feed hopper truck, or river barge and the feed mill fills up your container or mode of transportation from a grain storage elevator or bunker.
