Hi There!!! Just for fun this year we've set up a breeding pen with our Beautiful Tri-colored Sizzle Rooster and he is covering both brown and white leghorn girls!!! I think the chicks are going to be awesome! I mean just think all of the fluffy & colorful cuteness of a Sizzle and the egg laying POWERS of a leghorn!!!! The girls are laying like crazy and the eggs are VERY FERTILE!!! Eggs are $3 each and shipping is $12

We allow our flock to free range for the fall and winter and only set them up in breeding pens for the main laying season.

If you are interested in any of our hatching eggs please call or email us asap! I have a list forming for those interested in purchasing hatching eggs this spring. I will only have a limited amount of eggs per week so if you are interested please don't hesitate to email me or call 609-845-1340 and we can mark you down for your specific order on the week that you choose. You will not pay for the eggs until you pick them up at the house or I can ship them.

Shipping is generally $12. I can accept payment through Paypal.
Eggs will be packed with the utmost care and delivered Priority Mail safely to you. Eggs are gathered two to three times daily to ensure cleanliness and freshness, and to improve viability. Shipping is based on actual shipping charges-no handling fees apply. We do NOT profit from shipping. Our eggs are guaranteed to be fresh and as clean as possible - we do not wash hatching eggs. As with any honest and reputable breeder, we do not guarantee hatch rates due to circumstances beyond our control. Our hatching eggs are stored at the proper temp in high humidity, and are gently turned twice daily. We have found this to be most effective for hatching eggs.

Eggs will be carefully wrapped and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with the box marked "Fragile"

Sorry guys...this is my first attempt at crossing these two breeds so all I have to go by is my Sizzle Roo and the leghorn girls at this point! The brown leghorns are really pretty and of course the white leghorns are just plain white. I'm really hoping to see a multitude of fluffy feathers from this combo and I know they will be great layers b/c of their Mama's genes!!!

I'm going to try hatching out some for myself just so I'll have pics soon! I CAN tell you that the eggs are EXTREMELY FERTILE...little Sizzle man is taking his "job" very seriously!!!

I have a white Silkie Leghorn cross roo and can probably help by describing what he looks like...Basically, he looks just like a leghorn, with the lean, light body and tall comb, but he has 5 toes, black skin, blue ears, purple comb coloring, and silkied feathers that lay down more than they poof out. He has a great, gentle personality and I have some disabled hens I have him penned with because he is so good with them. I'd have a picture, but about all I get when I try is a lovely picture of the mesh on the pen. He is gorgeous, though.

I am not selling any eggs from his hens (they would be Silkie x Leghorn x Barred Rock x EE all in the same chick) and am only here to help you get a good idea of what a Silkied or Sizzle Leghorn might look like.
