Awwww, aren't they adorable. I could remember when mine were that small, how time goes.....
Mine are 3 wks old already, and how they have changed!! What fun they are to watch. We gave our chicks crickets today. it was so much fun seeing them chase the bugs, and run around with them in their mouths....so proud of themselves! They sure did enjoy their treats! Enjoy your babies, they grow up so fast!

Ooooooo koochy koochy - makes me want to rub my nose on them. My little button quail are 2 weeks old now and almost fully feathered.

They are awesome!! But im sorry to tell you that half if not all of those are Golden Commet chicks AKA red sexlink. They will still be red/amber in color with a white tail and will be great egg layers and probably even friendlier than the RIR.
Good Luck with the lil ones

Awww! They're adorable. I love the color of RIR babies.

I gave mine some mealworms today, and I've never seen such a fuss. I'll have to try the crickets next.

Oh those babies are SO CUTE!!! I'll attach a pic of mine when they were a week and a half old. Now, a week later, they've got almost all of their wing feathers in, cute little tail feathers and the top of their chests are just starting to feather too.
But here's my girls a week ago.......
