New coop is done! The hen-house footprint is 8'x4', and it's 6' tall in the front and slopes to 4' in the back. The run is 7'x12'. I have three hens now, and plan to add two in the Spring.
I know it's hard to see in these pics, but there's actually over 4 square feet of ventilation at the top of the coop, plus two of the three windows open for extra ventilation in the Summer.
