Check out the coloration on this cochin pullet

This is one of my standard cochin pullets. I just love the way she is colored. Have you ever seen this and what would you call it. If anyone has something like it I would love to see pics.

That's crazy! Looks like she meant to be gold-laced, but someone put her in the spin cycle. Pretty!

I don't know but I have a young cockerel from better lines of copper black marans that hatched out of a really dark egg that is her mini-me!

I have been mulling over the idea of crossing him on a mottled java and seeing if I could make mille fleur marans out of him...

Looks like a mix of partridge or gold laced with a black or black based bird. How old is she? (She looks like a he to me.)
