I think little Patches is blind. It’s growing fine and feathering fine, but I had noticed it stands in the brooder looking lost a lot, and when I took it out to take some pics today I noticed it’s head swaying a bit, in my previous experience the head sway indicates a blind or partly blind bird. I’ve tried reaching and seeing if it moves when my hand comes at it, and it doesn’t, but neither do the rest and I know they can see, I guess they’re just used to me. As it ages I’ll see more signs if it’s blind, for now I’m like 40% sure he has some visual issue. He doesn’t stumble or stargaze. I’ve been giving him some nutridrench once a day, he hatched 2 days behind the others, which could further indicate he has an issue, and if that’s the case he will probably start falling behind. So far he’s the same size as the rest, and developing equally despite being 2 days younger.

Just some pics I took today to show a friend how he’s feathering:

Try some Nutridrench. Possibly a vitamin A deficiency. I had a chick go blind suddenly once, there wasn't a head sway. He had head nods from a different vitamin deficiency, possibly vitamin E.

I’ve been giving him the nutridrench once per day. I think he’s been blind since hatch. I was watching him a bit today, and he ran into the wall once. I’ll see if he will take some vitamin e, he’s not a fan of me trying to hand feed him anything, at least it seems he likes the nutridrench so once he realizes what’s happening he will take it willingly.

I'd do the Nutridrench at least 2-3 times a day. Once a day may not be enough. See if that changes anything.
If you have a light, you can check the pupils response, see if they retract.

Yes, the vitamin e may help if there's something neurological going on.
