Most times I can easily tell the gender of a chick, and on most I'm determining what they are as early as a few days old. The issue for me is my guesses tend to stick with me and on favorites I don't want to think I'm wrong even though I have a strong feeling or fear that I am. I'm seeking a non-bias opinion from anyone who wants to take guesses on these guys. There'll be a few that there isn't a shadow of doubt on their gender (like Bear) and others that are a little bit more tricky. All these chicks will be nine weeks old on Monday/Tuesday and all of them had the same father (which I never figured out what he was as far as breed). I'll be marking these by their mother's breed and will share my guess on them. If you think I'm wrong on any, please say (and possibly point out why you think that as I'm always looking to learn).

Sorry that these pictures aren't the greatest. They were taken on my cellphone because it was easiest. If anyone wants or needs better pictures like of faces or what not, feel free to let me know.

Oh, something to note: I'm questioning if I've got Bandit and Tribute Jr. mixed up as far as mothers due to their sizes. The EE mother was a large hen and the WTB was very small with the father of both being very small. Tribute Jr. is smaller than Bandit, which is why I'm questioning if they're mixed up. Their colors point to why I have them listed under the specific mothers.

The only one I'm not 💯 agreed is the last one. That just says cockerel to me, but I was wrong with all 3 of my white Phoenix last month too

That's one of the ones I've been questioning as well. I have her marked as a pullet due to her comb shape, which is different from Bear's. I've used that method on other chicks in the past and it was proven accurate, but the redness of her comb and wattles has had me thinking otherwise.
