Cheeky hens

Last year four females chicks hatched. One was tiny and nervous. I named her Cinderella, and every day while the other hens were exploring I fed on her own and she began to grow strong. Now she's a cheeky chick who follows me around pecking at my feet until I give her preferential treatment Chicken behaviour is so interesting to observe.

Aww bless her, I have a similar hen called Tilly she crouches whenever she knows I’m outside even if I’m on the other side of the garden.
Aren’t they wonderful
