Cheeping but no pipping?

Yesterday was day 20, and I heard very loud cheeping from my Polish egg. I only have 3 eggs, and I didn't even know if any were alive till then. But now it's day 21, and it hasn't even pipped yet. Is this supposed to happen? It's still cheeping, but it's a lot quieter. The humidity is 66% and the temp is 99.5-100. Is it maybe stuck? I don't want to assist it unless I really have too. Usually my eggs hatch by day 20, so I'm quite worried.

In general, I hear cheeping around the time that they make an internal pip. External pip often happens within the next 24 hours, but I have had some take longer and still successfully hatch. Is your temperature the same it was for previous hatches?

Yes, it is. Usually they start cheeping, and are out the next day. But this one hasn't even pipped. Don't they pip once they start cheeping?

Yay! It finally pipped! It's not moving too much, but at least it's not dying. Hopefully it hatches!

It's a Buff Laced Polish! I named him/her Goose because of its wonky beak. Ugliest little chick I've ever seen, but still adorable!
