It's always great to see new chicks, no matter if you've seen them once or a hundred times. I will have my quail chicks next week so probably will photo bomb someone's thread as well

They are using them… buuuut this morning I woke up to find the paper towels around them soaked. Oh well, I’ll reuse them in one of their adult cages overtop wire. What works for you in the brooder? I’m not sure I want to put a lid with stones in it but I might end up doing that.

I use parakeet waterers. The openings are too small for the chicks to get into.
