My BF is building me a cheese press so I can make some hard cheeses from my own goat milk.

I have a pvc hoop, 6" in diameter. How many gallons of milk do I use in a recipe for this size hoop?

How many gallons of milk for a 4" hoop?
and 8" hoop?
