Cherry tree, chickens and bug spray...

My coop is under a cherry tree and a maple tree. The cherries were buggy this year. I'd like to spray the tree, but am worried about the chickens as their run is under the tree. I also want to go organic. Is there an organic bug spray that won't hurt my chickens that I can use on my tree?

There are some organic treatments. Neem oil is one that comes to mind.

New to chickens, I read that cherry pits are poisoionous, after I built my coop under a huge royal ann tree. Any suggestions?

New to chickens, I read that cherry pits are poisoionous, after I built my coop under a huge royal ann tree. Any suggestions?

My chickens graze under a cherry tree and even fly up into the tree to eat cherries. They love them and have never had a problem. There are lots of pits that get dropped on the ground and they don't really seem to eat them much. They go after the cherries though!
