Chic born with sac

Awww. That looks like an infected yolk sack. The greenish color it has is the infection. Was your incubator washed and sterilized before you began incubating this batch? If you don't clean it after each hatch, issues like this can happen.
There's unfortunately not really anything you can do, yolk sack infections are usually fatal. Clean your incubator quickly (even if there's still eggs inside), put the chick and yolk in a paper towel lined bowl, and set it back in the incubator. If any other chicks hatch they can get infected from this one. That's why it's important to clean it quick. You can run a hot shower in your bathroom, and set the eggs on a towel in there while you clean your incubator. Then put them back in when you're done.
Good luck with your chick, hopefully you'll get lucky and he'll be one of the rare ones that makes it.
