Chic hatching with red swelling from its butt

I wouldn't think so, as it is not really a human product, but it should be available wherever you buy your birds' feed.

Update. The Chick I put with the other birds in the brooder but in a seperate plastic container. 2 or 3 of the other 4 chicks in the brooder were getting really angry and pecking on the container freaking the bird out. So after an hour i tried putting it with the other chics. The most dominant chic pecked it a few times on the head. But now they are quite good friends. Tommorow i will goto the pet shop to get some supplies including the anti biotics for this bird. He is alot stronger than the white quail chic i had that got pecked to death.
