Chicen given to me found lice all over him

I was given a rooster he has lice all over him dusted him he cant walk well any suggestions on anything to give ro feed him to get his strength back

Rickets diet: a handful of oatmeal moistened with plain natural yoghurt and mixed with about a tablespoon of grated carrot or apple. Roll this into pellets and put into his beak if he isn't eating by himself.

Or you could get hold of some beef cat food (tinned variety) and try a little of that.

If he was covered with lice I guess he may be anemic -- I'd try the cat food first.

Poor fella.

Get a good pet shampoo that kills lice, ticks etc, bath him and dry well...... then try scrambled eggs, natural yogurt and polyvisol (without iron) to give him some necessary vitamins. What type is he?

So glad you can help the little guy. We love our Japanese bantams! Just be sure you quarantine him for 30 days to be sure he is not carrying any disease. You don't want your flock to get sick. Good luck!
