Chick’s shoulder “elbow” bald on only one side?

This little guy has had a bald shoulder/elbow for a long time; it’s only bald and “exposed looking” on one side; his other side is completely covered by feathers.

Is this anything I should be concerned about? He doesn’t act like it’s painful. All of his siblings have feathered/covered up shoulders.
He’s a gamefowl chick in case it’s of relevancy.

It looks like it has a tumor or something that is spreading the feathers apart. :hmm It is not normal. Not sure if I would cull now or or cull for eating later (could be cancer), but I definitely would NOT include in any future breeding stock.

Frayed looking edges on the feathers is evidence of mite or lice damage, in my experience.

Is that bump, soft like a blister or firm? :fl
