Ill start. Im a Chick-A-Holic and I have over 70 chicks right now aging from a few days old to 2 months. breeds raging from Silver Campines to cochins to EE's, ANM MORE. Did I mention I have 16 arriving the 26th?

I am a recovering chick a holic.

Originally my wife said I could have 15 hens. I think I talked her into 20 with a roo if he's not too loud. I have 14 hens, 11 juvies and 12 chicks.

I've got to rehome at least another 10 hens and who knows how many roos... at least 5 from what I can tell... that would leave me with 23... hope sweetie can deal with that!

My name is Michelle and I am a chick a holic! I have about 65 chickens and 15 chicks. I have 2 incubators running with about 60 eggs, with 40 + eggs on the way. I keep telling myself NO don't order from Cackle, you don't need anymore, but I'm sure I will be ordering from them very soon. I have Silkies, D'uccles, RIR, Leghorns, Black Australorpes, I want to get some Maran's, cochins and of course more Silkies and D'uccles.

The Wolf Queen: How in the world can you have 70+ chicks in ABQ? I thought the rule says 15 max. or something like that.

My name is Anne and I am a chick-a-holic. I only have 18 now but plan on getting some silkies later in summer.

BUT....right now we had to come to California for a family emergency and all I can think about is getting silkies NOW. I'm justifying it but wanting my 2 1/2 yo GD to get to see them before we head back to Maryland. I thought I had some tracked down to a local feed store but maybe not. We're going there in a little while anyway....just to look. LOL.

Also, I'm trying to track down somewhere across the country. Found a hatchery in Texas that we can pick up if we plan our trip just right. Just a 8 hr detour. LOL.

I'm addicted and I miss my girls.

I'm a chichaholic and I only have 4 chicks at the moment, but I know with time I will probably expand my flock. If bf permits....

I have two RIRs, 1 Buff Orpington, and 1 Barred Rock.

Princess Kumatora to answer your question im not eggsactly sure. I live in a quiet isolated area, the neighbors never complain, and I might be considered part of Bernalillo. If its illegal I had no idea, but like I said, my neighbors absolutely love the chickens, the noisy roos, and of course the eggs

. No one minds. I like it that way.

ETA: Did I mention my birds are in a large coop on 2 acres and my chicks have their own CONDO COOP and if need be 2 large rabbit hutches
