Chick acting weird

Hi guys I have 13 chicks and I was watching them there all fully feathered so they were in the yard eating and one started moving it's head in a circle motion and it sounded as if it's neck was popping the whole time it did this is that normal.

Not at all normal.

Very odd.

Maybe look up "star gazing" in chickens. ..see if that looks similar.
