New to hatching chicks 2nd day and two of the chicks are peking at the others beaks and left blood marks what should I do, should I be concerned, should I treat the beaks? we add a mirror to the brooder box and cardboard with read dots temp at 89degrees to help stop the peking

Chicks will peck at red and this could get very serious ending in injury and death. I'd recommend you put a red bulb in the heat lamp so everything is red so that the chicks will no longer peck at their bloody siblings. Good luck.
