Chick beginning to molt.... Recognize breed?

That's a spur bump. All chicks have them. It doesn't mean it's a rooster. I would guess it's a pullet based on the dark "eyeliner". That is a guess, though, based on experience.
 
I agree with Juliechick, the chick is a brown leghorn. The screamin' yellow legs are a dead give-away.
I would assume that the heavy eyeliner means female, but update with another pic in a few weeks. Don't be shocked if the chick starts developing a comb really early, that's a leghorn trait, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's a boy. :)
