We have 22 day old chicks in our brooder. 2 Australorps, a buff orpington, and an Ameraucana. The Ameraucana definitely seems to be the chick in charge. She is not aggressive and her bossiness is not always around eating first. Sometimes she makes the other chicks move out of her way..just because. Is this normal, dominance behavior? I will admit I got her b/c of the idea that she would lay blue or green eggs. Probably not the best plan in terms of selecting a back yard chicken.
So, any thoughts?

It is perfectly normal, they establish a pecking order very early. I think it is good that pecking order is established as small chicks because it will lead to less issues when they are larger and more capable of inflicting injuries. Just my thoughts...
