Chick blind

Hi my i think my chick is blind. Both eyes seem fine however it keeps bumping into things and cannot peck on chick crums and has also fell into the water feeder. Can anyone give me advise how to feed it.

use a syringe to feed it sugar water and crush up crumbles and mix with water and feed it that too.
