Chick Boost Probiotics

Assuming you what to feed them together? First and foremost, are your hens suffering from coccidiosis? If they are, than adding Corid to the water is very important and fast! You don't want to feed electrolytes when feeding Corid since it reduces the affect of the Corid.
If your hens are not affected by coccidiosis, it most commonly affects chicks, than its not nessasry. You don't need to feed Corid daily. They will likely develop an immunity and not need it. You can feed electrolytes daily though. Its not necessary unless they are suffering heat stress, cold stress, recovering from injury or disease, or stressed in general. Electrolytes are made to replace the salt they are loosing from stress.
Hope that helps!

No, not good for everyday consumption. Good though if/when it is needed as weeg said. Neither of those are probiotics by the way.

is this electrolyte and coccidiosis medication good for laying hens as an everyday additive to the water?
Please post a photo of the product you are asking about. Thanks!

You mention that it's an electrolyte AND Coccidiosis medication...?

"Chick Boost Probiotics" is electrolytes, vitamins and probiotics. I see no where in their marketing that it's touted as a medication, nor that it will treat Coccidiosis.
Personally, I would not give it everyday. It would be good to have on hand to give to chicks for a the first few days of hatch or to give to a hen during times of stress (illness, heat exposure, etc.).

Fresh nutritionally balanced poultry feed and clean fresh water go a long way in providing what your hens need.
