Chick born 3 days late, slightly odd looking

I hatched out a successful group of perfect chicks but was lazy about cleaning up because there were still a few eggs left, so I left them a few extra days. I went downstairs yesterday morning to take the remaining eggs out and thoroughly clean the incubator, when I picked up one of the eggs to throw away, it peeped! I turned it over and there were feathers sticking out and the little guy was zipping his way around the shell, I put it back and left. Came back later to what looked like a healthy fluffy chick, I put him with the others but have now realized slight abnormalities. He stands kind of straight up and has an odd shape to his neck, it's not immediately noticeable, my mother thinks I'm crazy and she says he's fine. Anyone ever heard of said abnormalities? Anything I can do to help him out?

I'd make sure he eats and drinks on his own and just wait...
