Hi all,
I’ve just successfully hatched a leghorn chick from an incubator. She is 2 days old and was born with a deformed leg. She will not put weight on it and keeps it up off the ground.

I brought her to the vet today and they said that they can’t do anything for her. We have been told that her leg has been fused with her hip bone?
Is any suggestions to what we can do to help her? Have any of you come across this before?
Thanks

Nope. if her leg's fused with her hip bone, there's nothing you can do. You can cull, of course, and I think I would. But there're a few people on here who've had one-legged chickens and they say that they seem to get along pretty well.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
