So my family picked up 5 baby chicks at our local auction and they all look pretty normal. Feathering out black or black and white with fluffy chick down nearly gone entirely, seemingly barred rock crosses or something similar.

And then we have this little guy, who's puzzled us all. We're fairly familiar with chicken breeds, but, we're drawing a blank with the little guy. Anybody have any ideas?

Also i think it has angel wing
Angel wing is is where the last joint in the wing becomes Twisted causing the feathers to stick out to the side instead of laying flat against the body

If it is that, I still don't understand why the rest of the chick is still entirely fluffy down instead of feathering out. All the other chickens who are about the same age are fully feathered out

Some chicks just feather out quicker than the others or it could be a bit younger

I would look into angel wing because if you catch it early enough it is treatable

Going to have to wait until it feathers out fully to determine breed because there is a good chance its a crossbred. It doesn't have angel wing, its frizzled. Update with new pics in 5-6 weeks.
