Chick can’t lift head after late hatching

The day before I helped a chick hatch that got stuck. But I think I waited to long. He/she was almost dry when he/she got out.
Since he/she got out he still can’t lift his head or walk. Is this normal? Will it get better? Or did I wait to long and he/she got permanently injured from being to long in the egg?

I had one chick that I had to help, and it didn't survive. I hope yours makes it!

Do you have access to poultry vitamins you can add to her water? Scramble and cook an egg and once it cools, see if the chick will eat some.

Vitamins could help. Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell vitamins from your feed store can be given orally 2 drops per day.
