Chick can only look down..

I have 8 week old silkies and over the past few days Ive noticed one is a little more stand offish and a little more sluggish than the others. This morning I was watching them and noticed that now it only looks down or has its head curled up under its breast.

Whats going on? What could have caused this? What do I do for this?
