Hello,
Thank you for having me.
We have hatched 50 eggs successfully except for one chick who seem to can't stand.he is like 50 hrs old I am not sure what to do.i attached some pictures. He has crooked toes too so I think I make him band aid boots but what about his legs? Should I tape them straight and make him like a chair or something.
I really want to give this little guy a chance. I can't take him to the vet they normally just let them ...

I would start treating with a vitamin mix in food/water. Sometimes nutrient deficiencies cause this issue in new chicks.
Sometimes it's a defect. That doesn't mean the chick can't thrive as an adult. With loving care they could be kept indoors, laying in different cat beds (it is important to change it up as having the same bed day after day regardless of it being clean can cause joint pain. Think how it is for paraplegics).
I would go the splint route like you mentioned, with vitamin supplementation, made into a pellet mash and syringe fed if needed
