Are both legs the same? And is that hick joint that looks red also hot like it might be infected?
A first step and no regrets move is to give her some electrolytes and sugar water - Nutridrench if you have it. Gatorade at a pinch. Also give her Vitamin B. You can use the stuff for people or find some for goats at TSC. The good news on vitamin B is you can’t really over dose it so giving as small a part of a human dose as you can is safe.
I had one of mine on high dose vitamin B for a week when she went lame at week 3. It worked miracles.
I hope everything turns out OK. Electrolytes, sugar and vitamin B.

We adopted three chicks from my daughter's classroom yesterday. One of them was lame and very small. She insisted we bring it home and try and save it. I am trying to get into our exotic animal vet today but I am not sure if they will have space for us. This little guy is weak I’m going to try and hand feed it and water it. But it can’t sit up or straighten its legs. It’s pretty weak. It cheeps different than the others and I’m pretty sure it’s because it’s in pain. As you can see from the photos both its “knee” joint is swollen and red. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you! No not really hot to the touch. Although I’m pretty sure it’s painful abs both legs look the same.

Looks like a slipped tendon, I've had a only a couple of these, both times I failed to fix it. It is a tricky thing to fix.

Update, we were able to get to the vet. It was severe vitamin D deficiency. The prognosis wasn’t very hopeful so we decided to let the vet give the little guy a peaceful end. :( thanks for all your advice.
