Chick Chicks (Pics)

I figured I would share our chick set up and chicks... This is our first bunch of chicks ever. We've been talking about it for ages, and hubby came home with them yesterday. There are 9 in all. (Don't mind the coloring sheet- my daughter wanted to "give" them something haha)

What breed is your little white one in the upper right corner? Is it a cornish?

The yellow one is supposed to be a rooster... we will see. It was in the assorted rooster bin- so not sure what it is. They said the rest were female rhode island reds!

you know...you only make it harder for me! I want more babies! But DH keeps telling me no. Then again...
he said no roosters...our rooster is still here and someone offered to take him.
he said no more babies, yet when I put eggs in to hatch in the bator as a "class experiment" he told me to put in 8.
Maybe I will get more babies!
