Chick chipped it’s toe nail

Hi guys,
I walked down to my brooder this morning and noticed blood on some of the bedding material. I checked out each of my 4 week chicks and it appears one of them clipped off part of their nail, while handling her she was letting out some serious screams which confirmed what I was seeing. She appears to be walking fine but I am looking for possible suggestions as to what I should do.
