Chick chirps when it poos, is it OK?

Each time this chick poos he/she will chirp very loudly. It is also carrying its wings out and down. I have seen it eat and drink. The poo seems to look like everyone elses'. Is my chick OK? Thanks for your help!!

Well we examined more closely and saw that she had pasty butt, so we cleaned her up and she had a big poo. Now she is eating and drinking, acting normal, but a little tired. Guess we just have to keep an eye on her.
