Okay following the mods proper diagnosis steps:
1. Elvis is a Blue Cochin, 5 weeks old, and light(er than the others but such is normal for her)
2. Elvis has been having loose stool, she is quite hot to the touch, yesterday she ate thread that got stuck in mouth/throat(now fixed), not drinking, eating minimal amounts if any
3. Exhibiting symptoms since yesterday at around 9:00 PM
4. No other birds are exhibiting said symptoms
5. No sign of broken bones or bleeding. no muscle strains or pains
6. Yesterday she swallowed thread, it was stuck in throat for nearly and hour before it worked it's way down and it hasn't passed yet.
7. Elvis has drank nothing(that I have noticed. She has eaten a little feed, not much.
8. Runny feces, normal colour though
9. I have separated her from the others and put garlic in her water(suggestion from farmer friend)
10. I want to be able to fix this myself(through instruction) because vets don't take poultry where I am
11. No wounds, no pics
12. She is currently in our sick/trans. brooder. Which is just a big blue plastic bin with newspaper laid down.

Any idea what's going on?

I am worried that said thread hasn't made its way through her system and is causing discomfort. Can you try and get some drops of olive oil into her to help things along? That's the only thing that I can think of. Tempt her with some scrambled egg or my favorite...a feed mash made with vitamins, yogurt and chick food. They love the stuff...I even throw in some unsweetened applesauce!

I will try that. Is there such thing as a poultry vitamin? Or is there a kind of human one I should use?

You can get poultry vitamins, that you mix in water, from most feed stores or you can buy poly vi sol, without iron. Poly vi sol is a children's vitamin. Just a couple drops per day in the beak. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, mix it in their water.
