Chick covered in yellow goo

I have 3 dozen eggs in my bator and the first hatched about 10min ago and looks great. Just now a second one hatched but quite a lot if yellow goo came out with him. He also looks like he may have some kind of growth on his head. He hatched stong and fast and is acting normal for a freshly hatched chick. The first chick is wanting to be right on top of him resulting in the goo getting on him as well. What could be going on here and will the other chicks be ok? I've got 5 more that are zipping and will probably be out very soon.

Once your hatch is over you can give it a warm bath, it won't hurt to wait and best to leave your incubator closed for now.
