Chick died 20 min after hatching

1st time using an incubator.
My first chick hatched just fine and is doing good. But yesterday my second chick pipped at 2am and then rested an throughout the day you could hear him chirp and started to zip and break out of the egg at 10pm and that happend in less then 10 minutes. When he brook free off the egg there was some blood but for the rest he looked fine but wasn’t very active in trying to get up like the first chick. He was breathing fine and when I looked after 20 minutes it looked like he was gasping and then 10 minutes after that he was dead.
Could I have done something to prevent that or helped it?
I feel horrible because it looked like a perfect chick.

Humidity 65% temperature was 38 Celsius. That should be 100 Fahrenheit I think.

Lower the temp to 98.5°F. Chicks can produce some of their own body heat now, so may have been too hot.

For a still air incubator I think the temperature it is like 100-101 but if it’s not (most incubators are not) then the temp should be 99.5 (Fahrenheit) Where did the chick have blood on it? Was the yolk sac fully absorbed?

On his backside but not much and almost no yolk left just a very tiny bit like the size of a q tip.

Do you have pictures of the chick? Some chicks are just not right inside where you can't see. But if there are external indications of things not being right, folks on here should be able to tell you.
