Chick died in egg *warning pic*

So I had this chick die in the egg and put off curiosity I opened it up to see why.
It pipped wrong end and there was yellow goo coming out the hole.
I am assuming it Pierced the yolk.
This is a picture after I opened the egg.
Chick is fully forms but is this a yolk sac or something else?

This is mostly for curiosity and wondering what went wrong

Yes it is the egg sac
It may have been to much turning that caused the misplacement of the chick

No idea why but I had 4 eggs pip wrong end this hatch. 3 hatched out and are healthy this one didn't make it out.

It is yolk. Likely ruptured due to the chick accidently kicking it in attempt to hatch.
