I have a chick that is about 4-5 weeks old. She was hatched under her mother and then later separated. She has terribly deformed feet, they twist under so she walks on her joint almost, I have been treating this with vet tape and it seems to be working. She also is having trouble with one her legs. I don't think it is splayed leg though. She actually drags it behind her. This just started this week. I had tried to treat her for splayed leg but she kept biting at the rubber band. Short of taking her to the vet, is there anything I can do for her at home. I really don't want to have to cull her, she is such a sweet little bird. Any advice is truly welcome and appreciated. Thanks

I would suspect that she has had a vitamin deficiency from birth such as riboflavin (B2) deficiency, but there are other birth defects such as slipped tendon or a rotated tibia or femur that can cause problems with the legs. With the time that has passed, it may be permanent, but if you have the time, I would give vitamins with trace minerals (Avian Super Pack is good 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons of water) and try some physical therapy or making shoes. Until you get poultry vitamins, a B-complex tablet dissolved in a gallon of water would work. Here are some links to read:
