Hello, I am very new to chick rasing. I don't know how to judge if my chick are fine based on how their dropping looks like. I also don't know the breed.
I have two ( two week old) chick. One of them drinks a lot of water. I don't know if this is because of hot Weather or some sickness.
From my research, the dropping of my chicks are not right. But i am not sure

The chick is active but some times he just sits and closes his eyes.
Here is a picture of the drooping

I would suspect possible coccidiosis, which can cause runny poop sometimes with blood, lethargy, a puffed up appearance, and not eating. Corid is the first choice of treatment, and you can get that from feed stores in the US. Dosage is 10 ml or 2 tsp of the liquid Corid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days.

If you are outside the US, you will want to look for sulfa antibiotics, amprollium, or toltrazuril. Sulfa antibiotics include sulfamethazine, Sulfadimethoxine, and others.

Is there any home remedy for this?
