Pullet rapidly deteriorating, drooping head, no poop over 24 hours, not eating and only dropper feeding

Y'ALL!!! You won't believe it...there is some small improvement, enough so that I thought I might take her out to see if she would forage (still would not eat the feed or yogurt on her own but looked interested in food and standing more so I thought I would try...she drank on her own yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks (still wouldn't eat)! Poops are more regular but now diarrhea (liquid diet for 2 weeks!). And she is out right now, chaperoned, trying to see if she will eat anything. Walking, a bit unstable but walking! Tail mostly up. Trying to preen. Definitely didn't expect this after how lethargic she had gotten. Hoping she will start eating. Thanks so much!!

Aww what a sweetie! Glad to see she is fighting. If you can, syringe feed her kaytee exact baby bird formula (you can find this in any pet store that sells pet birds/feed) to get some nutrients in her now that she is upright and drinking.

What is her name? We are all routing for her!!!
