Chick dying!!!! Help!!!

I went on lockdown this morning and one chicken was already hatched, it is very weak, I put it under a red light and gave it food and water, can you tell me what can i do so it don't die?

Another started breaking the shell and came out, but when it got out died, do I leave it inside the incubator or take it out? I understand I don't suppose to open it, and what happend to each chicken that is hatching one at the time, should I leave them inside the incubator until day 21 or get them out one by one?

I also have trouble reising the humidity, it stays between 72-75 and that's it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is my first hatch and I don't want to lose my babies.

Most people leave them in until they are dry. Some people let all the chicks hatch before they open the incubator. Chicks can go a few days with out food or water after they hatch. Leave them in there for awhile is my suggestion.

That humidity is fine. You need to get the dead one out. You can give the weak one some electrolytes like save a chick or some sugar water. Just a couple drips in its beak. Hope this helps.

Nevermind, just died, probably the red light temperature was too high.

Put a thermometer under the heat lamp and make sure that the temp is around 95 degrees and that there is room to move out from under the light. You will need to have this regulated before the rest hatch and you need to move them out of the incubator. You do not need to move them until they are dry and moving around really well. If any others die, you will need to remove those also.

Good information thanks a lot, you can see my inexperience, but I just learned som,ething new and I am sure the rest won't die again.
