CHICK EMERGENCY LEG WON'T WORK PROPERLY

Also, when I got them they had been started on medicated chick feed, and I had to transition them to non-medicated chick starter, because that medicated stuff is EXPENSIVE. But I have another one that isn't a meatie and it is sick. So I am going to buy some medicated stuff for both cause they're mixed together.
The medicated feed is just to prevent coccidiosis ONLY, not other diseases/illnesses. And if a chick already has cocci, the medicated feed will not cure them. You'll have to buy the proper medication from the farm store (but make sure it's actually coccidiosis). So buying medicated feed now probably isn't necessary.

Personally, I don't think it's necessary to use medicated after the first week or two. After that, I switch to normal. Once they have that bit of immunity to coccidiosis from the medicated feed, they should be good. And with my most recent batch of Cornish X, I decided to try the more natural approach and not do medicated. I just gradually introduced them to grass and dirt from the environment they would be moving out to. I found it worked well.

With the other chick that is sick, what are its symptoms?

It was just sitting under the brooder with the eyes closed, and when I picked her up she would do nothing, normally she kinda walks in my hand. Instead she just stood there doing nothing with her eyes closed.

I'm not really sure... I don't think so...
Just in case then, you might want to use an eye dropper or syringe (with no needle) to hydrate her and give her some minerals. At home, you can mix together molasses and water (preferred), or sugar and water. Or there is also Nutri Drench, which is a molasses-based nutrient liquid you can get at the farm store. Just drip a little on the front of the beak and let her swallow it. Go at her pace and don't force it.

Also watch for trampling. Chickens hate being alone but if she's moving so little that the others are walking/standing all over her, remove her from the brooder and put her in a separate area with her own heat source and food/water.

Good luck!

Edit: I should also mention, maybe try offering a little wet feed to her before you try the dropper. That will tell you if she is eating. And if she eats that it's also hydrating. If not, just proceed with my advice above.
